Who we are

With 28 years experience originating residential mortgages and almost as many originating commercial loans and offering equipment leasing, we realized the market was changing and the needs of the community were not going to be fully served. While originations are still part of our service the need to step in helping homeowners deal with their lender made even more sense. Packaging loans to lenders and understanding the needs of their investors made the process to offer loan modification and short sale services an easy transition except much more phone intensive. Developing a good track record completing our services and offering hard to find financing for businesses and property investors we have created a niche in today's new norm of financial chaos.
